You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

📌 Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund, the item must meet the following conditions:

✔ Acceptable for Return:

  • Unopened and unused perfumes

  • Sealed packaging

  • Original condition, no damage

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened bottles or used perfumes

  • Broken, damaged, or partially used items

  • Products without original packaging

(Perfumes cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene and safety reasons.)

Once your return is approved, you may choose:

✔ Full Refund

Refund will be issued to your original payment method or bank account (for COD orders).

✔ Exchange

You may exchange for another fragrance of equal value.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for sending the product back to us.

  • In case of a defective or incorrect item received, we will cover the return shipping cost.

❗ Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos or video as proof

We will replace the product at no additional cost.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process after approval.

  • COD shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Orders returned without approval will not be accepted.
